Our Barrels

CaliFino takes pride in our unmatched aging process. We carefully selected to age each of our tequilas in White American Oak barrels. These are previously used one-time for Jack Daniels Whiskey and are sourced from the heart of Tennessee. After our Extra Añejo ages for seven years in American Oak it is then aged in French Oak barrels. These are previously used by Cognac and are sourced directly from France.
