Tequila Mockingbird

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Serrano Infused CaliFino Blanco Tequila
  • 1 oz Solerno Blood Orange Liqueur
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • .75 oz agave syrup
  • splash of club soda

Method

  1. Run lime wedge around rim of glass and dip in salt.
  2. Use jalapeño salt for a bit of extra spice!
  3. Add tequila, Salerno, lime, and agave to shaker.
  4. Add ice and shake until chilled.
  5. Fine strain into glass with single large cube.
  6. Pour club soda over ice and garnish with dehydrated lime wheel.
