The goal for the CaliFino New Fashioned was to craft a traditional go-to with a twist, and it sure lives up to its predecessor. Found in an Old Fashioned, bourbon or whiskey are traded for aged CaliFino Añejo, keeping the same natural oak tones in whiskey while adding a toasted almond taste and a caramel scent that only an Añejo can bring to the table. Serve with one or two large ice cubes and garnish with an orange peel.
